the title is a quote from an email sent by a 14 year old girl from Gaza, during Operation Cast Lead.
According to Nomika Zion from the Other Voice, the root of the Occupation and human rights abuses lies, in part, with a dehumanizing propaganda in which the Other is no longer seen as an Human Being.
É urgente que as vozes feridas cheguem ao resto do mundo. É fundamental este trabalho de observação e escuta dos gritos "dos outros"... Pode ser dolorosa a contenção a que deves ser obrigado, mas esta janela que criaste com o blog, alerta as consciências adormecidas e lentamente no silêncio dos dias, o grito da jovem de 14 anos e a dor do homem humilhado do post seguinte, irá chegar aos ouvidos das consciências e o trabalho invisível da transformação(salvação) surgirá!
